I have tried giving it gas. Plus sprayin starter fluid in the spak plug hole and then trying to start it and it still wont start. What happened was when driving the car it started to chug and then the motor just cut out. Has not started since. was driving great before. The rotor turns and the lifters move when trying to start the car. What other things can it be?

are you sure the timing is right? Use a timing light to check it while cranking the engine.
