240 Won't start, Loud Clicking, Wipers turn on

So, I was checking error codes on my ECU, and then when I tried to start the car, all I got was loud fast clicking and the wipers turning themselves on. Battery is charged. Did I short something out?

Did you reset the ECU? also fast clicking and wipers moving by themselves seems like a battery thing to me, when my battery/alternator were going bad my car would need a jump and my wipers would moved and my car would sound like a WRX, check you 75 amp alternator fuse or check and see if your battery cables are tight, you sure you didn't pull one or more of the wires from the ecu too hard?
