240 won't go into gear!

alright i recently posted a thread discussing my clutch not having pressure, and im still having problems. its a stock 240 ka24de blah blah blah its got a new master, new slave, and decent clutch. i just put the slave cylinder on and i bled it many times and it built up a little bit of pressure, more than it had, but still not enough. it goes into gear fine when its off, but while running it wont go into gear. while the car is off i can put it in first, hold the clutch in and start it. it takes off as its cranking so its engauged. its like i wont disengauge. ive done everything i know to do besides drop the transmission and check the insides. does anyone have any ideas or similar problems?

Clutch pressure plate could be bad. If you see the slave moving an inch or so then that's my bet.

Did you bleed or remove the clutch damper line? That's where id start.
