240 throttle body swap

I have a SR20DET. I have built a custom intake manifold and want to use the Infinity Q45 throttle body. I know it is 90mm as appossed to the stock 60mm sr20 one. Will the TPS (throttle possition sensor) be a direct clip in or will modifications be called upon?Thanks in advance
