240 sx firing order and timing settings

Hi: What is the firing order on a 1990 Nissan 240 sx. Also, how do I set the timing? Thanks in advance...

Timing order should be 1-3-2-4 I believe, if my memory is not mistaken. You adjust the timing by rotating the distributor cap clockwise or counterclockwise. I think thats right, maybe not. So, if I am wrong, I'm sorry.
