It's a '93. IMO, 89-94 was the best looking Maxima of all.Same with the 240...the S13 was by far the best looking 240...

That sucks...I'd go nuts if my Max got stolen.

Id have to agree with you but i woulnt mind having that newer maxima its sweet. I was pretty pissed off when it got stolen specially cause it was right after spending over two grand on stereo and wheel upgrades

I get down to SLC every 2-3 months... Usually end up coming down in my wife's I30t (man I love driving that car)... Soon I'll be sporting a Q though... Maybe we could all get together and drool over one anothers cars...

Hey guys. Just here in SLC.. have a 96 240sxse. Not many mods done at this time, had the car since 2000, and loved it ever since. Going to do the SR20DET Install this June. I'll keep ya'll posted on the updates. Can't wait for Larry Miller's new track, and all the wonderful SCCA events that will follow. It would be awesome if we could do a show of force, and shut down all these damn, stupid Honda's here in this state!

There sure is alot of them damn hondas around. The thing that pisses me off is that there faster than me there a few of them infront of Granite High the other day there was some kids over there in a little shop and they called me over and were all trying to diss my 240 cause its stock. F**k them one day my car will be faster

Doing it myself, with help from some of my VW buddies, hehe.. We did a VR6 swap into a G60 Corrado about 6 months ago, so at least we have some experience doing engines. I'm off to Oahu for about 9-10 days here next week, so I won't really get started on it till I am back. I also have to do the water pump / timing belt on the 94 Stealth RT/TT, so that i will at least have something to drive while the ole 240 is down and out.

I'll let you know when I get started, and how she's coming.

So far I have Nismo grounding kit, Injen intake, Kingsborne ignition wires, Nismo short shifter, NGK plugs, APR carbon fiber Wing, Stripped interior, Clutchmaster Stage II clutch, Stillen sway bar, 300z Big brake brakes and Drilled Rotors in the front, and just drilled rotors in the rear, and running an open test pipe . I also have a downpipe and m3 mirrors on order . Im actually located in Salt Lake round 3300 Soiuth and State -ish . What about you ? I never see any 240's rolling together .

Well, I finally bought an S14 Sr20det VVL, with an estimated 35k on it. Sent off the payment today, so I am hoping that it will get here sometime in the next week. I still have to order the exhaust from the downpipe back, the radiator, and other misc odds and ends. This will be a 5 speed conversion, so I'm really excited. The hardest part for me looks like it might be the wiring. Im going to use the SMIC for a while until i can find a decent body kit to go with, most of the one's on ebay look like **** IMO. I'm also looking for a J30 Rearend. It's sweet because the engine that I bought comes with the driveline, hell.. it comes with just about everything that i will need to get up and rolling.

I'll bet you guys have seen my 240 rolling around the valley.. i have the MULLET plates.

Anyway, I'll keep ya'll posted on the project. I would love to have it done in a few days really, but that just might not happen with my and my friend's schedules.

L8rs!

Havent put the motor in yet. Im fighting with my Steath RT/TT Timing belt right now. Has turned into a nightmare, so the 240 will have to wait just about a week or so.

I am going to do it with some help from some friends, I bought the engine on EBay, which is said to be a big no no, but I bought it from a guy that had only the best feedback, and he doesnt really sell clips.

I'll be sure to let everyone know how it goes.

I ran him last month on state after he got out of RMR around 1am er so . All have a few more mods than just an intake and a wing, but I told him taht I only had an exhaust and intake

Yeah, we ran 3 er 4 times on state and hit round 110 . The kid would not give up . Even though he had 3 other people in his car, he kept thinking that he was going to win . I even gave him a car length headstart .
