240 no spark with cam position sensor code.

My 96 240 cranks but will not start. It started, when I parked the car got out of car came back started it then it died. Crank several tries no start. Push start the car shuts right down. Next day started car up idles fine put in gear shut right down. Checked everything all sensors, fuel pressure, swapped distributors car still won't start and still have same code. Checked all ECM power and ground circuits, did distributor/camshaft position sensor voltage fluctuation check. With a 6pin connector C and D have 5.1 volts going in when gear on dist,. is turned volts should fluctuate not a chance, it stays at 5.1 volts. Can someone possibly help me. I thought maybe oil pressure was causing the problem, not enough pressure tension on upper gear set with dist., but that is not the case and I have no other codes. Could something be blown like the relay or ECM? I also don't have CODE 31 for ECM malfunction.

I'm having a similar problem, my car sometimes starts but Id have to pump the gas pedal while turning the key. The car idles really rough, every time I push the gas the car cuts off.

Fuel pressure was fine when tested, I replaced my MAF, replaced my 02 sensor,and the problem I'm having now is locating where the CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR goes. I heard its at the top of the bell housing but where the hell is that? any pics?
