What cars do you drag race with, and what are your average 1/4 mile times?

definately get an engine with pistons, and tires made of rubber, shift up to go faster. J/K

shady questions get shady answers.

how much $ you got? and i suggest you read up on nissan motor swaps including SRs, RBs, CAs, or turbo your stock motor. we have the comprehensivist (yeah, thats a word...now) red blinking search button evaar. use it.

if he owns a lingenfelter vette running 8's, I don't think that money is an object. Put an RB30 in there!! Or swap an L67 in it, remove the blower and turbocharge it. There's endless things you can do, just depends on how much $$ you want to spend and what your goal is for the car. Personally, I want to see how much HP the Titan V8 can produce. It would be sweet to see a 240 with the Nissan V8, maybe a supercharger or twin turbos :)

how much power are those guys in australia making on their rb26dett? exvitermini.com ... 1158whp ... i think that'd be good for a 240 ... i think you could run low 8's like that if you had some 27x18.5x15" mickey tompson's parashootin out the 2 40 coupe... i bet it could all be put together for 50-75k

If all you want to do is drag it put a ls1 into it and stuff a shortened ford 9" in the back with some large slicks in the back and you will be set running 10's for around $2500 using pull-a-part pieces and doing the work yourself. I think someone on here by aries even makes the engine mounts if you don't have good fab skills. He has a crazy small block in an s14 running direct port nitrous(?). Of course this would be a drag only setup

Well no one can tell you what to find.

What are your skills?

We did this.

5 liter stang with a SC. NA it ran 13.74 on the stock nissan pump. Now it has a 255lph and a Paxton on it. Not sure the trim.

Going to the track wednesday.

Vids are going to be hosted soon too. Can anyone here host them?

I have pics too but at the limit of 300X300 they are pointless to post.

Holy Crap, a 5 liter with a blower. Man, that looks nice!! Looks like there is alot more room under there than an SN95 chassis with that engine. How much work was involved in doing that??? 5 speed or auto?? I would love to swap an L67 into my S14 :) Take the blower off and make it turbo, then it would be a 240 that sounded like a GN, but, handled much better and weighed alot less, and had gobs of torque!!!
