I recently bought a 1990 240sx with a twin cam swap. I tried to dry drift it recently and it keeps wheel hopping really bad and when im rolling at 5-10mph and pull the ebrake it wheel hops too.

Why is my 240 doing this? What could be wrong with it?

hows the struts? mine went out, and its riding on springs, around turns the springs get to bouncing causing the wheels to hop and the car to hop out to the side

i dont think my struts are blown out. Could it be a bent rim or a wheel bearing?

Worn suspension parts, and also what diff are you running?

Sounds like it's probably a open diff thats been welded. IMO, you should invest in a good diff if thats the case.

Loose/worn parts or worn subframe bushings.

Put the car on jackstands and simulate the problem while watching the drivetrain. When I did this I saw my complete subframe bouncing around and the engine/trans shuttering like crazy.

Performance max subframe collars and Nismo motor/trans mounts took care of it for me

get subframe bushings and nismo motor and transmission mount should cure alot of movement of the engine and stuff. This worked for me also!
