240 intake

HELP!!! I have a 91 240sx and I was anout to replace my stock intake but the intake tubing that I am about to install only has three holes. One goes to the filter and 2 on the sides. But my stock has another tubing underneath!!! What is that for??? solution??? Any help will be appreciated!!!

one of the tubes of the new pipe you hook up to a "t" connector connecting 2 tubes to 1. hard to explain, but you should get my point

The stock tubing has the hole on the bottom under the first bend from the throttle body for a resonator. It should be about an inch in inside diameter. Just take a coke bottle cap and plug that hose, then connect the other three where they go.

The resonator down there isn't necessary, no problems will come up from plugging it, all it is an air reservoir.
