240 help give up?

Well I have a few questions. I am kinda in a bind and nothing seems to be working for me.

I have a 89 240 that I love to death and I have had it posted to sell but no one will offer me but $40 bucks for it. So I am thinking of lowering the price even more and letting it go or save it.

Right now it is sending a signal 21 on the ECU. The Trans is stuck in limp mode and wont leave 2nd gear. I have NO idea what could possibly be wrong.

Over the last 3 years I had the car I have dumped more then 9K in upgrades to it. Should I sell it and get a different car?

Drop it off at a dealer and tell them to fix it, since a reg mechanic cant figure out how to work on my car?

Its my Auto 89 240SX or a 2001 Hyundai 5SPD. I was about to change my 240 to a manual but the deal fell through i guess. I guess the question is Give it to a dealer and have them fix it, or Sell it for pennies?

After $9k in mods and you still on Auto Transmission? What did you do to your car? Big a** wing and crazy body kit? with fake turbo Whistler? Seriously?

a few engines until I got NISMO pistons and NISMO H-Beam Connecting Rods, on an engine with less then 52K on it.. 4 Transmissions. couple differentials, big a** carbon fiber wing. I cant find anyone who will help me do the 5spd swap on it or I would have done it years ago.

Seems like all I run into now are scams where people say oh send me half the money and I will deliver your parts to your door step and get the other half.
