im sure this has been asked before, but does anyone know why the headlights wont go down. its not a fuse, and im not good at electrical work. could it be the button or a wiring issue?

Check the plugs at the motors and make sure they're plugged in.

The only two possibilites it could be for the down circuit not working on both is a bad headlamp timing unit (doubtful) or a bad Retract Relay 3 (likely). The relay is located in the driver side relay box. I can't remember it's exact location, but it's a black relay labelled H/L Retract or something like that. There will be two other H/L relays next to it, but they should be identical to each other save a Left and Right designation.

If it's not the above mentioned items, check your wiring, could be corroded.
