240 Hard Starting When Engine Is Hot?!

This is a bone stock 93 240sx with a KA24DE.If I drive around for a good couple of minutes to get the car nice and hot, and turn the car off, when I get back to start the car it will crank but it will keep trying to start but it wont. You can wait a bit and give it gas while it is trying to fire and sometimes it will catch or let it cool down some and it will start, but then the idle wants to drop so you have to lay on the gas and get moving and it will even out. I also have hesitation issues and high idle (1000-1500) which i think might be my fuel pump but what about the starting on a hot engine? Thanks!

Tonight after filling up my empty tank with gas the car cranks and cranks but will not start so i had to pop start the car to get it home! And when I got it started a small amount of white smoke and a smell of gas came from the exhaust pipes and my timing chain rattle was alot louder than normal. GRRAnd i recently did fuel filter, cap, rotor, plugs and wires, and o2 sensor .
