240 fuse boxs13 ignition problems need help asap!!!!

ok so its a 92 hatch. when i bought it, it was a shell with the harnesses cut out. i had a s13 vert, took ka and 5spd out of it to go into the hatch. (i was sick of the vert.) i got the harnesses and all that wiring crap done. as of now its complete except for this problem...
