240 for rebuild or parts

The time has come for me to part with my 92 240

S13 Hatchback "Base model"128,000 Miles5 Speed

Starts on first crank, runs with no smoke, does not burn oil. There is blow-by in the crankcase (you can feel air moving with the oil fill cap off).

EDIT: Actually, the is air being pulled IN. Bad valve? PCV system failure?

All accessories work.

Very clean interior.

Brake system needs a rebuild, especially the rear calipers, but works.

The car is drivable, and has a current inpection sticker.

Damage to passenger door and rear quarter (hit in parking lot) damage quoted at $1600 in Massachusetts. Door opens and closes, does not leak.

There is no rust on the body sheetmetal.

The rear bumper mounts are rusted through, as is the driver side "frame rail", just before the rear sub assembly.

NADA says $800. Is this what I could expect? ...if anyone in the area is interested in a parts car, let me know, I am in western massachusetts. I have pictures I can e mail as well.
