240 bogging ?

ok just got this 240 and i cleaned the engine bay by deg and water of course and waiting to dry at first didnt want to start then after a while it started but not if i give it gas it boggs like it wants to turn off does not rev up have to let of and get back on it but with little movement to much just boggs lower ? from exp i know it has to do with one of the throttle body sensors or the air mass . but like i sayed i can from 6 years with a honda so ..... help please lol

figured out guys. lol had water in the cap no spark .
