Ok heres the problem I have, my car has a drain on the battery and I don't know where. I located what wire it is, but I don't know exactly where the wire leads (White wire comming out of the positive terminal). I know that this wire leads to the fuse/relay box behind the battery, and is connected to the alternater relay. But after removing the negative on the battery and connecting a volt meter to re-establish a charge, I removed the alternator relay thinking that would make the charge on the battery disappear, wrong. There was still a charge being drawn from the battery. So that white wire must split off into more than one direction after gettting to the fuse/relay box. Oh and by the way I did remove the alternator and have it tested and there was no problem with...and the same goes for the starter. If anyone knows where this wire goes. can you please help a brother out, and if someone has a wiring diagram that would be fantastic.

Please help...my baby has been sitting in the backyard now for over two months with this problem (battery disconnected of course).

hmm, goes thru the green fuse in the "fuse/fusible link relay box" near that battery & into the ignition switch??? then off to the inhibitor switch of an A/T model or to the clutch interlock switch circuit of the M/T model.

Sorry, i suxorz @ electrical... can u keep that ammeter hooked up in series w/ the (-) post & to ground, pull that green fuse, & see the values drop close to zero? i know that there is a very small amount of drain d/t the clock/audio radio stations/ other electronic memory...

mods might take this to the nissan online mechanic/ technical forums 'cause Nistech is the man!
