Has anyone installed 24's on their QX56? if yes, please advise the Offset used and tire size and if you had any issuesof rubbing? I guess I am deciding between 22's or 24's
go with at least 24's , 22's are very small for the big suv trust me. Ive sold a lot of 22's to the armadas and they all come back to get 24's let me know if you intrested in buy some wheels 817-477-3575radride wrote:I'm going through the same situation. I'm scared that 22" will too small for the QX 56. I just don't know.

Off set is the distance from its hub mounting surface to the centerline of the wheel. The assumption is the numbers on the site is "+" offset. Thus, the lower the number the more aggreasive or more the wheel will have a deep dish. the higher the number the more the wheel will be tucked in.gabby wrote:how important is the off set. i'm trying to get the Zenetti 24in blade , but the offset comes in 10 or 35http://www.streetdreams.org/wh...24/10
I am running the 285/40/24 with 12 offset, it fits perfect. going to 10, that is only 2mm differeence which is .08"(5/64"), I would think it would work just fine, and on extreme turns like a U-turn you might get a little rub inside the wheel well, which you will not even know it.gabby wrote:So would the 35's be too much ? how about the 285/40/24 with the 10 off set or the 35 offset ?
What about the 35offset with the 40's? What kind of look would that give me. Thanks for your helpgmotoring wrote:

Plus the 285/40/24 are about $20 cheaper per tire too.
Gorgeous! We need more pics!!!DJGAINSBOND wrote:
Going 35 vs 10 offset would put your wheels 1inch from the flush line of your fenders. It will look alright, it will look like the stock set up when view straight on or from behind.gabby wrote:

just throwing it out there, but i feel everyone on the 22s possibly being too much... but 24s? seems just too big.lowincQX26 wrote:

The 20's that come on it stock are pretty tall, but those 24's are a nice touch and the ride is still very smooth.photobucket.comgmotoring wrote:GabbyNice ride, I am glad you went with 24", 22" looks good on tahoe's but just a littrle too small on the huge QX56.
BTW, where do you host pics, I would like to post the pics on my wife's QX with 24"
