Let me introduce you to my favorite bar, Cow Patty!! It used to take hours of off-roading to get here - they paved the road here in January of 2007 and the Mexican officials have since caught on to the liquor license problems and shut down the cow patty. Locals still go to the cow patty on Fridays, "bring your own beer"!
My alcoholic friend says hello
inside the cow patty BBB hahahahha Cow Patty regular, giving us info on local attractions
Me in some truck, cow patty Just an hour and a half south of San Felipe, on the newly paved 5 Interstate (used to take over 3 hours on a dirt road) is a very small town called Puertecitos. It has a beautiful bay, 2 restaurants, a small library, and a hotel. This is sitting in one of the restuarants, looking at the newly paved road. These are ideal 4x4's in Baja He gave us free shrimp Bulldozers working on Friday
That bay I mentioned, very secluded and clean
Puertecitos post office, library, and public restroom all within walking distance of eachother. These were built at a cost of over 1.2 million USD.
Party time On Saturday, it got so windy that all the tents broke. Sand felt like it was sandblasting my face. Take a look at the waves from the wind- this is in a small bay, in the Sea of Cortez. There are normally NO waves here.
Can't wait to go back!
