Searching has turned up a bunch of results but I wantedto confirm before I dropped some cash.

Im running 300zx brakes and coilovers on the front with5Zigen FN01r-c 17x8 +35 all around. Will 215/45/17 wheels fit on the front without spacers? If not, would it be better to go with a smaller tire or spacers?

Thanks

That mostly depends on if you are running shock/spring or coilover... if shock/spring, you will be fine... if coilover, your rim won't clear.

215 is nothing - not sure what you think you are gonna rub....

Well I am running coilovers like I said, and Iam wondering if the tires will rub them. Thewheels seem to clear, they are close (about 1cm) to the threads of the coilover.

or post in a different thread?

ill move/delete it when he sees this

as for your question, the wheels do indeed clear brakes, and with 215 tires they should be fine

if they clear by 1 cm, thats plenty, ive seen a couple people with 2-3 *mm* clearance

Those wheels clear coilovers just fine. I had the same kit for a while. Did you really think they would make a wheel that wouldn't fit reasonable (aka equal to OEM diameter) sized tires? When getting under the car to check on fitment, it kinda makes you wonder "hmm, it fits just right... it's almost as if they planned it that way..."That's when you know you're using the right size tire!!

You don't know what you are talking about. I have mounted 16x8+35 on kts coilovers. The wheel clears. The tire is what you have to worry about. On 215s He should be Ok, depending on the tire.
