Hey! It's my twenty-first birthday today! So far I woke up with a hangover, went to the friendly Indy BMV and got a new ID and got myself a birthday blizzard from Dairy Queen. Later on I am eating with my parents at my favorite restaurant and then going to the strip clubs, bars, and clubs with my fantastic crew from Hooters. I would post the druken debauchery but alas I won't be home for awhile. Wish me luck NICO!

PGT-Happy Birtday. It sounds like you will have a pretty eventful day! What restarunt will you be eating at? I just got home from Bravo over in Castleton. I hope you have a fun and safe night.

Smokey Bones. Have you been there before? It is over on 82nd street. It is unbelievably good! I took some relatives from AZ there and they said it was one of the best places they have EVER been. It is that good. You should come into the Castleton Hooters sometime and give me a shout.

Thanks for the thoughts Cold_Zero and Bubba1 and whoever else responds, I gotta jet!

Only problem i have with Smokey Bones is that they serve your food on plastic plates. I am sure to some people that doesnt matter, but I was expecting more. Food was good, though.

Well first you need wings. Next you need some flour. We get it in 50# bags and it is not just straight flour there are some ingrediants. I don't know them off the top of my head but I could get them for you if needed. Then you just wash off the wings and bread them up in the flour. Cook them up in a 350 degree vat of your favorite fry grease and enjoy! As for the sauce you will have to try to get some from Hooters.

Smoky Bones is ok, but if you want real BBQ in Indy you have to go to Smoky Joes. Trust me. This is the best in the state by far. It isn't a chain restaraunt and you can tell by the food. It is far superior to any chain food. If anyone is interested in going it is at Meridian (S.R. 135) and County Line Road South in Greenwood. I highly recommend it. Since it seems that most of the Indy guys live north, it is worth the drive. At least in my opinion.

Thanks for the info. One of my girls lives in Greenwood so I will make her take me there. My mouth is watering already! So hungry.

I will get the ingredients for the flour tomorrow, however the hot sauce is a no go. We get it in these 5 or so gallon containers and they are pretty expensive, $60-$120 depending on the sauce so other than going to your local hooters and ordering up some hot sauce to go, I don't know of any other way for you to get it.

Haha, I'm one of them too. But not at Hooters. Although, our servers are just as good looking :boink
