so would I:rolleyes although from the look of the head...something had been in there for awhile...I mean I only ran the thing for 5 minutes...maybe. And the damage was severe to the piston and the head of #2 cylinder... oddly enough the cylinder walls seem to be undamaged? I dunno...I'll call Libero when they open and hopefully they'll deal with it appropriatly.

They should be able to square you up with your money because this was a mechanical falilure that ultimately took out your turbo as well and that alone is a major set back. I don't think the compression tested crap or they may have and left something in the engine (who knows). But IMO, you are warranted your money back, especially if you had only had power to it for 5 minutes. If it was a turbo, I would say you're own your own, but it's a bit more.
