in northern va there is summerduck dragway and they always have drift time at Dominion Raceway in Manassas. Its usually 240's corollas and sometimes firebirds.

For 450zxtt. You of all people know this project was thought of 7yrs ago when everyone said the engine wouldnt even fit. It just took me a while due to deployments and everything. Dont worry Im planning on haveing it mechanically done by the end of the month.

T45 Once its done I will make a road trip down your way so we can swap trick. I notice you were trying to get rid of alot of hoses under the manifold. I think I found a way but I want to see how it works first. But Like I said summerduck drag way as already started test and tune and time trials so that will be my first stop. Also there is a guy in blacksburg that completed the swap in a s14 body. As of now that will make us 3 in VA as far as I know. We might want to start our own little Car club type thing or something.

But let me know.

Also is there anyone interested in the Venom Nitrous Kit for the Q. After it is tested on mine they will start selling them. Since they sponsored mine they probably will offer group buys or discounts. I just have to call. but as always I will have it dynoed and post so we can see the true result .

For a good reliable N2O kit, yes, I'd be interested, after seeing the dyno results, and real-world driving video experience.

that will work . I will post results. For starters I am going to run all motor to ensure everything is working properly. After that I will start testing with the nitrous. Lastly I will run turbo without nos and then add everything in together.

Only variable on all motor will be larger exhaust and my dual intake setup.

right now Im running stock everything. I have a spare engine in the back yard to build up. For now I just want to get this one going and then build up the other. I heard that the dual valve springs will fit from a prelude. I dont know how true it is. After mine is running I will explore upgrades. So far I heard of someone that makes cams for this engine, the valve spring swap. I found a company that will make a set of pistons for reasonable price.

Yeah parts are coming, slowly, but hopefully we'll be able to hop up the valvetrain in a year or so...

I dont remember where I found the valve spring post, but has anyone else heard about the swap from the prelude.I know at higher boost levels the problem of valve float comes up. If the dual spring trick will work Im interested in hearing from other forum member. I would rather use all nissan parts but if not hey. Also anyone know of any good deals on 740 injectors

If you buy Prelude dual springs, the outer spring will be a direct replacement. It will allow for more lift and it has a higher spring pressure on it's own. The dual setup hasn't been confirmed yet... stay tuned.

well another update. I installed the rear suspension and believe it or not the 20s fit on the back. I have about 3 inches of wheel travel. I still have to to the coil overs on the front to fit the fronts. I messed up and purchased the fiberglass fender flares and the 1.25 spaces for nothing. They havent been delivered yet and I dont need them. But Owell. If anyone needs either they are for sell.

Looking good man. The front looks smooth and nothing like a 240. I just passed a big car show this weekend at a local speed shop. As I was passing I saw 3 350z's just pulling up and they were built to the hilt. It's going to be fun spanking the **** out of them...

yea I know. I cant wait either. Right now I have GTO's talking junk. But every page I have see shows the GTO's running in the low 8's in the 8th. Turbo, SC or NOS. So I plan on knockin a few of them off.

But as far as the front. I used the billet aluminum to cover the tow hook ups. After seeing the look I plan on covering the turn sigs with the same and the vents below the turn sigs to complete the package. Im also waiting on my 5 lug conversions to come in. Right now 1 stud is holding the rim on just for fitment. Right now Im dedicating my time to wiring.

I also plan on having stainless steel bars running to the floor behind the seats , bars running from the apex of each seat bar to the shock tower and then bars running from the rear of the door to the kick panel. All in stainless steel. .

On a side note I know we are all putting cash into our cars in gas. if you go on youtube there is a hydrogen producer design. I am playing with it because it officially qualifies you for a green car tax right off and improves gas milage checkout the link and tell me what you think.

With gas close to 4dollars a gallon I have to try it.
