20mm offset? Help

Im looking at some wheels with a 20mm offset. 8" wide front, 9" wide rear. I have megan coils on the car. What kind of spacers will i need if i need em, and will they stick out past the fenders?

I'd suggest searching... but for reference I believe that the stock 240 rim (at least on S13's) is a 15x6 +40 wheel... and here is a site to help you out a bit:

You should be fine. +20's look decent on a 9" wheel, if the fronts are not to your liking just add a 5mm spacer.
