no, waaaaay too small. get a 215 45 17 if you are shopping around that size.

oh, and your 240 (assuming its a stock s13) is 4x114.3, not 5x114.3.

You must have failed at reading. Look at his profile. 96' 240sx = S14, and the S14 SE and LE's were 5 lug.
