I’ve got a well maintained 2020 Rogue with 120k.
At 110k my maf sensor went out. Replaced it, within 2000 miles that one went out. Now I’m on my 4th. This last time I checked the air box, it’s perfect, replaced the air filter. I’ve tried different part sources. Factory, parts stores, etc. I’ve tried disconnecting and then reconnecting but each time a new sensor is what works. Each time I pull the bad sensor out it is perfectly clean. Could the pcm be sending too much power to the sensor and destroying it? Something is wrong and I’m at my wits end. Any help is appreciated.

What code are you getting? If it's P0101, you don't have a bad MAF. P0101 is a catchall for anything in the induction system which the ECM can't figure out. While a dirty MAF can cause it, it never indicates a bad MAF. Some models have bulletins for ECM reprogramming because the induction "maps" in the ECM are set too restrictively, but the '20 Rogue doesn't have that issue. The most likely culprits besides a dirty MAF (probably in order) are a bad PCV Valve, a small vacuum leak near the MAF or in the PCV plumbing, or a bad A/F sensor (front O2).

The maf sensors go bad, they are spotlessly clean. I disconnect them, inspect them and reinstall and the car sputters and dies. I put in a new Maf and it runs perfectly until the new one dies. Between 300-1000 miles. I assume some sort of power surge is killing them, as I said, everything looks perfect and not even a CEL until the maf sensor dies. In fact, other than when the sensor dies, the car had never had a CEL come on.

If the code is a P0101 (or if you don't know what the code is), then you're chasing your tail. If it's a P0102 then check the loop of wire between the MAF and the main harness leg carefully for breaks or resistance, sometimes the wires fatigue from being taken on and off.

PS - If you're throwing MAF sensors at it without performing IAVL on the new sensors, that's also chasing your tail.
