2019 Nissan Rogue Air is Blowing When Started

Why is there air blowing out of the vents when the Rogue is started. Then it stops after a few seconds. Is this a feature? If so can it be turned off?
Even though the fan air is off or speed at o it still blows air for a few seconds then stops automatically.

It's the Auto HVAC system executing a momentary self-test on bootup. There isn't any way to prevent it.
