I have a 2019 Armada SL with Nav and cameras all the way around. I would really like to have native Apple Carplay however it wasn't available for the Armada when I got it. So the 2020 came out and has it. With all other AV system components appearing to be the same would it be possible to buy the 2020 control unit and replace just that? From the diagrams I have seen it appears it could be a plug and play solution however I can't justify the cost without knowing for sure it'll work since I won't be able to return it once purchased.

I know there are some 3rd party options out there but really hoping to keep it 'factory'.
