Where is the fuse located for the sliding rear window on a 2018 Titan?

There's no specific fuse for the sliding rear glass, power for all the windows is supplied from the BCM on a common bus. However, the rear glass does have its own circuit breaker, located at the righthand end of the dashboard near the inside fuse box. It will have a WHT wire going in from the BCM and a BLU/BLK wire going out to the sliding glass relays.
