I brought in my 2018 Pathfinder to have the ABS actuator recall performed. Got the car back and the traction control light OFF and the Front sensor light both come on together. We have been back and forth with the dealer that performed the service about 8 times now and they still can't figure it out. They've replaced two brake switches, and the last time, they replaced the ABS actuator with another one, and it still comes on.

Typically, it happens with my wife while driving in the city. We suspect that it happens when the brake pedal is depressed, but it happens intermittently.

Does anyone have any idea if the particular combo of 2 lights indicates something else?

As part of the ABS actuator and control unit assembly replacement, adjustment of the steering angle sensor neutral position and calibration of the deceleration G sensor are included in the repair procedure. The traction control light would come on if that adjustment and calibration was not done or not done correctly. I see in the picture you provided that the automatic emergency braking (AEB) system warning light is on. I assume that's the front sensor light you are referring to. Hopefully, Nissan installed the latest "countermeasure" replacement part. Previous recalls for this issue, before the Pathfinder was added to the list, called for replacing the ABS actuator and control unit in the Maxima and Murano models with what Nissan calls a countermeasure (Band-Aid) replacement part. Those lucky recipients will receive another recall notice to get the latest replacement part installed once they are available. Nissan did this double-recall with my Pathfinder for the passenger-side air bag. Hopefully, you got the latest replacement parts installed and the manual programming required was done correctly along with the additional steering angle sensor neutral position adjustment and deceleration G sensor calibration that are also required. I would ask the dealership service manager about these very specific points. The following are the safety recall notice and technical service bulletin from which I was able to glean this information regarding your recall issue.

Thanks for the info! The front sensor light that I'm referring to is what you're calling AEB. I associated it Intelligent Cruise Control sensor. I am going to copy your post and attached the posted pdfs to my dealership to see if it is helpful. Thanks again!
