I was wondering while the following wheel specification will fit for my 2018 Nissan Rogue SL.
The OEM Tire is 225 55 R19

Winter tire rime:
18 inch aluminum spoke wheels.
The rims are 18 X 7.5, bolt hole pattern is 5 X 114.3 with an offset of 40 and a centre bore of 66.1 mm.

Can anybody confirm?

Tbh I'd just get some 15in or 16in tires and install steel rims for the winter and keep the OEM/Aftermarket rims and All-season tires for the reminder of the year.

But that rim size that you specified should work, but just for reminding you that the tires also need to be 18in.

I got 17in steel rims (7Jx17 ET35 5x114.3) for my 2017 SL, should be virtually similar to your 2018 specwise. Just make sure the tires you get have the equivalent overall diameter of your 19in + tires, which would be 225 65 R17 tires.

rhoque:-
I have the 2018 SL that has the same OEM wheel & tire as yours (225 55 R19)
I am using OEM Nissan 17" Alloys with 225 65 R17 winter tires & the specs on that wheel
match the specs that you are looking at for your winters except for the diameter..
With the OEM Nissan 17" my TPMS sensors are being picked up & recorded properly.
I didn't have to do any reset or reprogram. My odometer may be off marginally but no big deal.
If your 18" are non OEM you may get a warning light on your dash, which you'll quickly
get used to and ignore.
Your bolt pattern, offset & wheel width are just fine.
