I know it has been a while, but I have the same issues with my 19 qx60 p0014 and p0017.
Did you fix the issues? Did you go with OEM parts? What did you have to replace? How do you test cam sprockets?

Yep in my case I just went with OEM Nissan timing set with all new tensioner, guides and sprockets. The chain was stretched big time that the tensioner was all the way out and not really doing much anymore.

It's an engine out job, well that's how I did it since I have a lift.
