Unfortunately manuals have become a thing of the past with the technology available to allow the auto to outperform. I'm still a manual guy until I can no longer push in the clutch pedal.

Manual transmissions are so "yesterday" a high performance automatic transmission with paddle shifters is the way to go as they allow the driver to focus on drive control more effectively.

Really? I don't see how not having a clutch makes the drive control more effective. Unless you want to elaborate on this? A manual trans has so much more ability to control the car then any lazy auto.
