2017 Nissan Rogue Hybrid CVT Lawsuit

Hi everyone, I have a 2017 Nissan Rogue Hybrid and saw that there was a big class action lawsuit settled for the CVT transmission on the regular Rogue and Pathfinder but why isn't the hybrid model included in this lawsuit? I am having issues with my CVT and am worried that I will have to spend thousands when this issue should be covered by Nissan. Any knowledge or insight is greatly appreciated.

The similarity between the standard RE0F10D and the transmission in your Rogue Hybrid begins and ends with having a belt. They're entirely different units, and good luck if you're trying to equate them.

I do not know that much about cars, thank you for the information as I had just assumed they were the same type of CVT. Realized the issue is with my MAF.
