I know where all the fuse boxes are located but is there some way to find out what each fuse is for. One fuse box has 50 fuses but only shows you what 15 of them are used for. The others are not labeled for what they are used for. A real diagram of the layout and what they are for would be nice. I found photos of the fuse boxes in the service manuals and they are all numbered but nothing telling you what each one does. Like 23,24,25,26 but nothing like RH window. Blower motor Etc.

Thanks

The closest thing Nissan publishes to a master fuse index is the Battery, Accessory, and Ignition wiring diagrams in the PG section of the manual. I assume you have a Titan, your '17 power layout shouldn't be a whole lot different from a '16. The diagrams start on PG-13 here:

I found all of that but it only shows the layout without identifying each fuse. Like RHL, LHL, Fog Lamps, etc. Like in this screenshot. What's does fuse 41, 42, 43 etc. do/control?

There is no master functional list other than what's printed on the fusebox covers. If you want to make one, you need to reference the power WD's.
