Hi All!

First time Frontier owner here! Good to meet you all.
My frontier is a 2017 Nissan Frontier 4L V6 SV automatic transmission.

Quick few questions about my frontiers radiator.
First, I noticed mine has a pressure cap on both the reservoir tank and the actual radiator. Shouldn't it just be on the reservoir?

Next, I'd actually like to change it to a CSF Aluminum racing radiator. Their website states it's compatible up to 2015 models. Is that correct or will it be fine on my frontier?

Any help is appreciated! I looked around for these answers but havent gotten a solid answer yet.

Thanks!

Dunno about the fit for an aftermarket radiator, but the Frontier reservoirs are all pressurized. Both filler necks get pressure caps.

I'm not positive on the 15 vs 17 fitment either, but I'm seeing sites that advertise them as being the same (05-17) and some that do not.

I've had good luck with the aluminum radiators from Champion as well as the Chinese units off ebay. I think I have 6 cars using them, in fact.

Welcome aboard!
