2016 Rogue SV - 3rd Row under seat storage - How?

Hello,

Just bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue SV AWD with the 3rd row. The quick guide booklet (I forget exact name) shows how to get access to the storage under the 3rd row (see pic below), but My Wife and I have tried everything and can't figure it out.

It seems there's suppose to be 2 straps behind the 3rd row (shows a '3' on the image), but we can't find them. It seems there is a foam storage bin under the trunk space behind the 3rd row that flows into the space under the 3rd row. Any idea how to get that 3rd row to flip forward to access the storage?

I'm guessing at least one person out there owns the Rogue with the 3rd row and has figured out how to lift the 3rd row seats to access the storage.

I've looked EVERYWHERE on the internet, including Nissan's owner manual and website, cannot find any info other than what's in our quick guide book.

There are 2 small black straps on each side under the rear most floor cover

Pull the two straps until you hear a click. Then lift the 3rd row.

You will find a dummy spare tire size foam in there.

Not sure if you found the answer yet but there is a great video on YouTube that shows you how to access it. I don't know if this link will work, https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=vUL0JYhsZzk , if not just search Rogue 3rd row seat storage. It's not actually straps, at least as far as I could see, there are two black tabs/levers, one on each side, that you pinch forward. The seat will then just lift up.
