2016 Rogue running light on one side doesn't work

I have a 2016 Rogue and I have tried two new bulbs and the running light on one side doesn't work. The brake light works fine, and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions?

Note that the righthand lamps are a little funky, they're fed by a separate wire from the lefthand and license lamps and the inboard righthand lamp has its own ground. First thing to do is put a test lamp across the power and ground contacts, then from the power contact to a chassis ground. That will tell you whether power is present and verify a good ground. When these things happen while changing bulbs, it's often a socket issue or a problem with the new bulbs.
