2016 QX70 Hand brakes won't work

2016 QX70 Replaced rear hand brake shoes and rotors, also pads. Now even with adjustment the emergency brakes won't work. Any advice?

Try looking at the master cylinder and check the brake lines, how many miles are on the qx70? if its over 100k may need the rear calipers replaced. Did you bleed the brake system after the replacement?
