The 2016 QX60 Service Manual is incomplete compared to the 2015. When I went to the 2016 service manual to look at the Heater and Air Conditioning System section it wasn't there along with many other sections compared to the 2015 sections.

Below are the missing linked sections in the 2016 service manual compared to the 2015 service manual. Is there a reason it is incomplete? Is this an oversight or were these topics unavailable?

It's a long story as to why they went missing. I'll see if we can get tech support to work on it. Unfortunately I can't give a time frame on when (or if) the missing files can be restored.

Update. I regret that it's not good news. This is from upper management: Nissan and Infiniti cut off access to ALL FSMs in 2015 -16. We were able to get partial ones for certain vehicles, but this was a NNA decision. Unfortunately there's not much we can do about it.
