2016 Altima SV - remote window open

I cannot get my windows to open remotely on a 2016 Altima SV; the dealer is not sure if it is available with this model or not. I told them that previous SV models would do it. Would someone with a 2016 SV check to see if their vehicle will put the windows down remotely. Procedure is in the manual, once all doors are unlocked, press and hold the unlock buttons for 3 seconds and they should go down.

Normally if you have auto up/down on the front passenger window, you should have the remote windows down feature. However, I think 5th gen Altima's only have the remote down feature if your car is equipped with the Convenience Package. Have you checked to see if it needs to be activated under the settings menu?

I have the convenience and technology packages; I checked the settings menu and I saw where I could turn off the remote start, but I did not see anything about the windows.
