I was wondering if someone could help me finding the detailed information on the options in the Vehicle information display. The owners manual doesn't explain much.
A few examples:
3 Flash Pass

The 3 flash pass can be set to be ON or OFF.
From the Vehicle Settings menu, select “3 Flash
Pass”. Use the ENTER button to turn this feature
ON or OFF. What is 3 flash pass?

Light Sensitivity (if so equipped)
The light sensitivity can be set to illuminate earlier
based on the brightness outside the vehicle.
From the Vehicle Settings menu, select “Light
Sensitivity”. Use the ENTER button to change the
sensitivity. What is the definition of the actual setting?

Reverse Link
The reverse link feature can be set to be ON or
OFF. From the Vehicle Settings menu, select
“Reverse Link”. Use the ENTER button to turn this
feature ON or OFF. What is Reverse Link?

A lot of the menus have different options. It would be nice to know what those options are.

So far we really like the car.

"flash pass" where the turn signals blinks 3 times and stops. this happens when you simply tip the switch, versus actually engage it.

light sensitivity should be pretty much self explanatory. you can set how soon you want the headlights to turn on, based upon the darkness outside.

idk what reverse link,

Reverse Link activates the rear wiper when the car is put into Reverse. It will do this if the front wipers are on and even if the rear wiper is turned off. The rear wiper will do one pass.

Thank you for the info. I know some are easy to understand, but the different options withing the menus are not.
Other than the owners manual where could I find the detailed info of what the menus are and the options within the menus?

I have a little question,

Is the speed sensitive for the front wipers or for the rear one?? I see no difference on the front ones at 10MPH or 75MPH.

Mine is and SL.

I think this refers to the wipers' speed and not your car's speed. So when you're driving and it's raining, you don't have to constantly adjust the speed of your wipers. This explains it a little better than I can... http://www.ehow.com/about_6644584_speed ... pers_.html

I'm not sure if this is for the front or rear wipers on the Rogues, though.

I though they were related to the traveling speed of the vehicle.

As someone mentioned that he could appreciated some difference on the wiper actuation, while he was stopped at a traffic light and while he was moving.

to be honest have not seen any infrared sensor reference on the FSM. How ever i will take a deeper look to that manual over the weekend.
