Took my car in for an oil change and the dealer here said that both front "clearance bulbs" are out. When I asked what he referred to he disnt know
...what?!?!?

Anyways, hazard front lights work, same as the turn signals and headlights work as well (incl high beams)

What lights is he referring to? If anyone knows what the bulb number is and where these are?

Thanks!

Probably referring to the side marker light, not an actual clearance light. As stated above for our Rogue's, that would be the amber colored light on the side(s) of the headlights.
"Clearance" lights are DOT mandated amber colored lights required for vehicles and/or trailers exceeding a certain height or width. Definitely not applicable to Rogue's.

When do these even turn on? When turning? Seems like the main turn signal light is functioning so is this a thing for a 2015?

I believe they are supposed to be illuminated anytime the headlights are on and independent from the turn signals. To help others see the vehicle when viewed from the side.

This is the back side of 2nd Gen headlight assembly. I had this pic saved from when I was researching how to adjust the headlights. It might help.
