2015 rogue a/c heat issue

I have a 2015 Rogue. At times the heat and a/c work perfect. At times just the heat or just the a/c work perfect. It's like the control gets stuck and won't swap over at times. For instance, right now the a/c is on point, cold and working perfect But I turn the control to heat and the temperature of air doesn't change, still acts like the control is on a/c. Took it to the dealership and they reset the door motor, but that didn't change anything. Anyone else have this issue?
