2015 Rogue 2 Noises

Ok i have two issues with the car. I have told the dealer two times about my driver window. It now has gotten worse so I will be taking it in. The window I have a feeling the holder? is broken for the window, every morning if i hit the button to push up the window it moves up a little, and as i drive everytime i press it it move sup a little. It is not open enough to actually be open technically, but the window is never still and is always moving. I notice it especially with music bc since its just barely cracked the window then vibrates, and then when i push it up it goes away. Along with this everytime i turn or a long left hand turn a popping noise comes from inside of the door, which leads me to believe the window holder is broken (i dont know what its called).

Along with this when its gold the glove box the plastic im guessing from hitting makes like a cracking noise, i read online that adding felt to the glove box, or where the two pieces meet would solve this issue? Has anyone else experienced that? I know for sure it is the glovebox because if i drove with it open there was no crack or noise whats so ever.

windows will "droop". they are on a cable system, so naturally the cable will have stretch from heat & cold temps. also, idk if you know, but a window weighs about 3-5lbs. its pretty darn heavy. and being upright, the bumps tend to cause it go down a few millimeters.
idk any car, that after a few miles of driving, you can hit the window UP switch, and not have the window go up a millimeter.

Yea it would be one thing if all of the windows did it, its just the driver window. Not to mention the popping noise everytime i turn inside the door. It clearly isn't something normal.
