Got an interesting puzzler.

When the weather is warm (80 degrees or more) my window washer doesn't squirt any fluid. When it is colder (60 degrees or less) it works like a champ.

I figure it is an electrical connection somewhere that likes cold weather. Any ideas on where to look?
