2015 Murano Display Screen Problem

A couple months after buying my '15 Murano Platinum, the display screen went spastic while I was driving. I had pushed the Audio button to change radio stations while the Nav system was in use. The unit began jumping between the Nav map, the FM screen, and the audio overview screen. All of the controls for the screen were disabled, including the touchscreen functions. This continued until I turned off the vehicle and restarted it. Over the past 2 months the unit has had similar episodes about 10 times. Generally the problem goes away after a few minutes and I cannot make the problem happen when I want to. We took a video of it happening a couple weeks ago but the service tech wasn't interested in seeing the video. I'll see if the link works here. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced a similar problem and, more importantly, if you have figured it out and fixed it.
