2015 maxima

When will we know if there will be a new style 2015 maxima. We currently own a 2003 model with 60K miles. We have owned 4 maximas( including a Datsun 810).

I want to replace our 2003 Maxima next year. We do not like the 2014 model( not very sporty). Maxima is the only Nissan we would consider. Altima just does have the prestige!

If there is no new 2015 Maxima, we will probably buy a Volvo S60 T6!

The Altima certainly does. Hell....why not just get the Altima if the Maxima's replacement doesn't get released within your expected time frame, since you spoke to highly about it.

I made an error. In my opinion Altima does not have the prestige. The only Nissan that interests us is the Maxima, but not in its current "bloated" body style

Have you looked at the infiniti q50s at all? would that be of any interest. Same heritage

Thanks for the reply. Thought about the Infinity and we may test drive one. Really wish I could get a straight answer from Nissan regarding 2015 model.

If there is no new Maxima probably will go with Volvo S60 T6. This will be my wife's car so it will be her decision.

If I were to list the cars we have owned the list would exceed 20 cars.

Currently, besides Maxima we own 2011 Lincoln MKX and 2013 Wrangler.

I'm seeing more press about it being a 2016 model. It could be an early 2016 release in the spring or summer of 2015.
