I've got a 2015 Juke Nismo. Obd shows p2004 code intake manifold runner control valve stuck open. I changed two times intake manifold control valve actuator, but code comes back. I removed intake manifold to see but there is no carbon buildup, but there is a little oil on butterfly plates. Engine light is on and VDC light too. What should I do? Any suggestions?

Is the boost sensor coated in oil?

Is that the only code (does it come back after being cleared)?

VDC light should show another, separate code. Let's re-scan it.

I haven't seen boost sensor. Yes it came back. Firts it was only p2004 than it came with p2018.VDC shows C1130.

This guy's C1130 issue sounds like yours - especially since you had the manifold off and there's some funk in there:

P2018 doesn't tell you anything, basically just a reminder that P2004 is an issue still.
