I have a 2015 nissan altima that just dies while driving then needs to be Jumpstart, it's like the alternator is not charging the battery, but I get a reading of 14.2 volts from the alternator, battery is new, once car sits overnight it's like it resets and starts right up

That sounds like a connection issue and not a bad component. Go over your power and ground cables, make sure everything is clean and tight.

Did you use OE sensors? Cheap aftermarket stuff is a plain bad idea, and even good aftermarket stuff often won't work right.

Put the original exhaust cam sensor back in, those rarely quit (I assume you got a P0340 and not a P1078). Replace the intake CMP with an OE sensor and it will probably be fixed. If it isn't, on QR's sometimes the ECM gets confused and blames the cam for the crank or vice versa, so try a new CKP.
